----------Actually, it's not versus.It's and.
We're not having a discussion about trauma versus phobia. We're gonna talk about trauma AND phobia.
Thinking about it just makes me shiver but anyway everybody have to face certain fears sometimes.
Have you ever experienced or shall I say witnessed and accident?
I don't mean just wrecked vehicles or whatever.

----------So yah. Have you??
Ok so last night on the way home me and my BFFs aka Tan Family members Aaron and Aqidah experienced something that as much as possible, even if we were given a million dollars, we wouldn't want to experience it. Ever. Again. In our lives. Ever.
Ever seen an idiot get the hand stuck at the door for instance? Imagine you wanna alight from the bus. You happen to be an impatient idiot who put you hand at the door.
So when the driver opens the door, your hands get stuck and uh oh. Pain. So you scream yes?
[FYI, i got my hand stuck in the lift before..so I roughly know how painful it is to get your hand stuck somewhere =x]
Ok now imagine yourself with two friends. Sitting at the busstop peacefully on a normal windy night, waiting for an 87 of 51 bus service to come.
So you saw 93 came and was like "yea yea whatever not my bus.." and so the door opens for people to alight. Before the doors open you already saw two indian men, prolly bangladeshis. The the doors open and apparently the left one (your left) didn't open.
You and your friends sit there wondering why on earth that man don't wanna go to the right side if the left door wouldn't open.
Remember. You're sitting right infront of the door. And suddenly the man on the left started screaming like !@#$%^&* How would you feel? Stunned? Shocked? Still blur?
And the scream he gave was the super haunting kind. Not the high pitch ghost kind. The "HOMG MY HAND GOT CHOPPED!!I LOST MY FINGERS!!" kind of scream.
But at the end of the day, I doubt his hand had to be chopped off o.o Nah..stuck at the bus door..I don't think there was a need to chop them =.=
So anyway yah..with that story, what would you do?? (tag your answers if you want to =p)
----------Meanwhile back to the real situation. Aqidah used her fingers to block her ears and started to look down. I was still in the stunned world and for some reason my body decided to copy her actions o.o
And she's like "Can we go away from here??" I'm like "GOGO!" I'll be more than happy la =x
So we ran to the back of the busstop and she started screaming to herself. I didnt. But honestly using fingers to block our ears wasn't really helpful..I could still hear that man..should have screamed along with Aqidah =.=
I turned behind and saw Aaron's leg (coz the bus guide blocked the view. Thank god for that!)
In my mind was like "Aaron what are you doing there??" =x
Then Aqidah suggested that we walked to the next busstop. Thank god for Aqidah! I love her..she's so smart even during panic / stunned moments :D
And so we walked away and I shouted "AARON!" and we continued brisk walking. (We later found out he didn't hear me shouting. He claims the man scream louder than me calling him =.=)
Me and Aqidah brisk walked for quite a distance..she was still "lalala"-ing coz she didn't want to hear the indian man.
As we were like panicly talking and trying to let everything out, suddenly SOME PEOPLE silently came behind us and screamed that made me and Aqidah scream. Basket Aaron =.=
That thing made us pretty traumatised and we're kind of in phobia. And the problem with me is that I have wild imagination. If I don't get something out of my head, in may go in my dream at night in exagerated form =.= Sucks.
But I could sleep last night. Thank god. I finally manage to sleep at about 4am this morning? I don't remember.
Wow. We are so not going to that busstop anymore. We don't need flashbacks. I hereby declare that I learnt my lesson. If Aaron wants to cross via the overhead bridge, I will drag my ass no matter what. For safety reasons =x
Ok long post. Too long. I hope See Hua likes it coz she told me to make it A LITTLE BIT longer but I guess I had too much to say =x
Chiowz!!~
Take care Aqidah & Aaron..may we get that idiot out of our heads..
and for everyone out there, take care of your hands ok. If your hand happen to get stuck in the future, please don't scream like your hands got chopped off..I'm begging you..you scared the crap out of 3 YOUNG people..the other people at the busstop could still gather at the busstop to see but you made 2 girls run away and 3 people got freaked out.
Thanx for your cooperation and sorry for any inconvenience caused :)
